Unable to connect Outlook 2010 to Exchange Server?


I am a professional Outlook 2010 user and have been encountering problems in issues related to Outlook connectivity. Whenever I try to connect my Outlook 2010 to the exchange server, the connection gets automatically disconnected. It causes lot of problem in sending mails and other attachments as it suddenly goes off-line. What should I do?

jeniffer 		Hi dude, just came across your problem while I was surfing web. Although I have never been in such situation before but still I have some idea about Outlook and its related issues. Actually there can be lot reasons behind disruption of Outlook 2010 or any other version to exchange server. You haven't mentioned the time. I mean to say, what is the time around which you use Outlook. It might be peak hour when the exchange server is heavily loaded and runs exceedingly slowly. Thus the connection gets disconnected. It can be improved if you stop sending mails and attachments during peak time. Another issue that may disturb the connectivity of outlook exchange server is corrupted outlook profile. Corrupted Outlook profile or any modification in its settings can affect the connectivity of Outlook 2010 to the server.


It can further be caused due to sudden crash of Outlook application. Thus it is advised to create a backup of entire Outlook data. You can use inbox repair tool utility to scan PST files as corrupted PST files may also cause connectivity problem with the exchange server. If it is unable to resolve the issue try third party PST repair tool to scan and repair PST file corruption and overcome other Outlook issues.
