Hello, well I can understand your problem as I was also facing the similar issues last year when I was unable to access the data stored in PST folders, since I lost the password. MS Outlook is an important email client that is used for sending emails and it also stores important data in the PST or personal storage table format. The data gets compressed in the folder to accommodate large number of files. Moreover, users can assign password to the PST folders to prevent its access or unauthorized use. No doubt, it makes the data secure. However it can be cumbersome task when someone fails to remember the assigned password.
Frequently changing the password may be one of the reason for the users in forgetting the password. Actually it is not possible to remember each and every password. Thus it is best advised to note down the password in a notepad on PC if you are in hurry. Recently while I was searching web for possible ways to recover password protected PST files, I came to know about Pst19upg.exe, the utility can easily remove passwords from the outlook. However, I lost my entire data after using this utility.
Thus it is better to use commercially available third party PST recovery software. It has been designed with advanced algorithm to recover lost PST passwords as well as repairs any PST file corruption.
