How to fix ‘outlook 2010 sync error 0x80004005’?

From last two year I have been using Outlook 2010 but I didn’t face any error. But last night when I was sending an email message then I becomes unable to send that. Even when I went to receive email using Outlook application then instead of email found the given error message on the screen:

“Outlook 2010 sync error 0x80004005”

I have scanned for pst file error but I doesn’t get anything. I have all the MS Office fixes, updates and repairs installed. But nothing works to resolve the given problem. Is it a major issue? What to do to fix this error? All suggestions are greatly appreciated.

To resolve synchronization error, you need to recreate OST But recreation of OST file copies all Exchange Server data to a new OST file. So if you have some non synchronized data in old OST file then you will lost it. To recover old OST file you need to convert ost to pst file.
