How to fix “sending and receiving reported error 0x800ccc0f”?

Last day when I try to send a mail using Outlook 2010, I encountered the following error message on the computer screen:

“Task 'server name - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x800ccc0f): 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact the server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: ? K'”

Right now I am using AOL dialup to access the internet. Adding with that Norton Antivirus is installed on my system with email scanning disabled. I have restarted my system but getting the same error message while sending email.

Does anyone have suggestion regarding this? Please help me to find out the solution.
