How to fix Outlook 2010 closes unexpectedly problem?

Hi, I have recently upgraded my Outlook version. Due to innovative features of Outlook 2010 I have updated with this version. I was performing my regular tasks with this application like sending or receiving emails, storing contacts etc. When I installed Outlook 2010 on my Windows 7 OS I was working well but last night when I was sending mail to one of my friend I found that Outlook 2010 closes unexpectedly. After having this error whenever I am starting Outlook application I am getting same problem.

I don’t get any prior error message before this Outlook problem. It may be very difficult for me because I have saved many important files on it. Can any one tell me to resolve this Outlook error?

There is no doubt that Outlook 2010 has come with advance and innovative features in the comparison of earlier Outlook version. It works well but most of the users have got this unexpected error with Outlook 2010 version due to that people have to face data loss condition as same as earlier Outlook version. The problem that you are facing I had got same before few months. At that time I get an error message on my desktop after having such error such as:

AppName: Outlook.exe
AppVer: 14.0.4760.1000
ModName: Kernelbase.dll
ModVer: 6.1.7600.16385
Offset: 0003194b

Generally the cause of this error message is the corruption in Outlook 2010. Sometimes Outlook 2010 closes unexpectedly due to Add-Ins problem. To resolve Add-ins situation you should disable addins in your files by performing File-Options-addins steps. To do this job select the manage option and click on go that can be viewed from the lower part of the screen. By this way you can disable all Addins. There may be hardware issue may be responsible for this kind of error. So it is advised to rectify this problem. For this you can use the chkdsk/f command typing in the Run box from start up menu. You may get an error message after this step which prompts Y/N option. Press Y to resolve this issue.

If the problem persists then you can get the third party utility. You can use Outlook PST repair software. This third party tool fix Outlook 2010 closes unexpectedly issue automatically. It is also helpful in other Outlook errors. So get one of the best option to resolve Outlook closes unexpectedly condition.
