You are trying to run Scan PST.exe but unable to run it as Scan PST returns Entry point not found error ?


It was really a great shock for me when I got that one of my PST file is corrupted. To repair this corruption I remember about Inbox repair tool but it was a bigger shock that while running it Scan PST returns Entry point not found error. I try it again but same error message is returning every time. I’m completely helpless. Am I going to lost my important PST file or is there any hope to get that back. Please help me.

rachelantonia 		There is no doubt that you are facing a trouble. I think this is due to incomplete installation or damaged Inbox repair tool. This generally happens because Inbox repair tool automatically installed with MS outlook and therefore it is very prone to corruption. But it can be resolved and you can get back your updates of PST files. You should reinstall MS outlook and give a second attempt for repair of damaged PST file. One more solution is that if you have any other computer with same version of outlook then you can move this file to that one and repair it there.

In case none of above solutions is effective you can receive third party utility help. PST file repair software will easily repair this file without any data lose.
